Below are a couple of videos (from my SoMA Essentials and SoMA Program courses) that briefly address re-balancing your pelvis - from both the supine/Arch&Flatten perspective, and the prone/Back Lift perspective.
Note that both Bridge & Boat and Diagonal Arch & Curl speak to similar Tilt/Twist (or ‘trauma reflex’) patterns. Yet, in my experience, doing this specific pelvis rebalancing in Arch & Flatten is often especially effective at smoothing and evening out (Tilt/Twist Reflex patterns as they show up in) Arch & Curl and elsewhere.
